The first step to getting damaged and distressed color-treated hair back to health? A strengthening shampoo like Pureology Strength Cure Shampoo. Follow with a dime-sized amount of the Strength Cure Conditioner to freshly shampooed hair, focusing on the midlengths and ends. Using your fingers, gently massage through hair. Wait 1-2 minutes. Rinse.
