About Matthew Morris
Matthew is a prolific stylist whose editorial and runway work is a driving force in the fashion and beauty industries. As Kérastase Artistic Director, he helped create the TECH team to provide advanced education to stylists around the country and develop new techniques. With a background in sculpture and design, Matthew is known for his ability to transform his clients and models thanks to his understanding of classic beauty and technical excellence.
Matthew thrives on and draws inspiration from collaborating with both new and established artists – something which his role as an educator allows him to do. He has worked with renowned stylists like Orlando Pita, Alain Pichon, Peter Gray, and Odile Gilbert. Among his many recognitions, Matthew was named Editorial Stylist of the Year and received the inaugural award for Men's Hairstylist of the Year at the North American Hairstyling Awards.
His editorial work has been featured in the most prestigious publications in the world, including Vogue, Elle, InStyle, Allure, Modern Salon, and Launchpad. His New York Fashion Week work spans over 28 seasons for top designers like Tom Ford, Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Carolina Herrera, Derek Lam, Alexander Wang, and Rodarte.
