Please know the health and safety of our customers and employees is so important to us. We are following state and local guidance and taking enhanced precautions in preparing your order for shipment. As a result, your order is experiencing processing delays coupled with universal shipping delays with our carriers.

That being said, you should still expect your orders within 6 -12 business days from the day you placed it! As soon as your order ships you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

If your order does not arrive within 2-3 days of the estimated delivery or delivery date please feel free to Contact Us with your order number and we would be happy to look into this for you.

  • Warehousing & Packaging: Following state and local guidance, we’re taking enhanced precautions across our supply chain and asking our third-party partners to do the same. This includes sanitation and increased workplace cleansing at our distribution facilities, actively encouraging sick employees to stay home, and enforcing healthy hygiene habits in the workplace. 
  • Personalization Services: It is already standard operating procedure for team members completing value-add services such as gifting, labeling or engraving to use protective gloves. We will continue to evaluate these processes as new information is provided.
  • 3rd Party Delivery: We’re working closely with our shipping partners who are following guidance from the World Health Organization and are conducting detailed employee awareness campaigns about COVID-19 to stay safe and prevent further spread.
  • Product Safety: All products sold on follow strict quality control measures to ensure consumer safety. This includes packaging that seals and protects the product from external contamination.

We understand that these are uncertain times and hope you can take comfort knowing that we are do everything we can do keep our communities safe and healthy.  We will continue to provide updated information as the situation evolves.


Noticed your tax amount at checkout was different than tax amount in your confirmation email? We get why you might be confused! The tax at checkout is actually just an estimate; how much tax you end up paying is on your confirmation email and packing slip.


Products ordered by phone, or right through our site,, aren't for resale. We reserve the right to limit per item order quantities to 5 per product, per size, within 30 days.


We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal or Apple Pay. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, so your credit card info is protected, secure and safe when it's submitted at the time of the order. If you're not comfortable entering your credit card details online, you can place your order by phone by calling our Hair Experts at this number: 1-877-340-8731.

If your credit card is declined, will let you know and will ask you for a new credit card number. Please provide that info to us by phone, within 5 days, so we can still send your products without you having to resubmit a new order.

One big favor: please, by all means, do NOT send us your credit card info in any email to our Hair Experts. It's not a secure method of sending credit card info.

As we mentioned above, just call us up directly at 1-877-340-8731 with your new credit card info, and we'll handle things from there.

Unfortunately, we don't ship outside the U.S. at this time for orders placed at (We hope you can forgive us!) If you want to get a hold of our products, check out our Salon Locator to find the salon location nearest you.


Currently, doesn't send to more than one mailing address in one order. If you need to send multiple items to multiple locations, you'll need to place the items that you wish to be sent to one location and submit the order. Then you'll need to repeat the process with the items meant to go to another address.


Redeeming promo codes is super easy on Just enter the offer code in the box in the shopping bag area upon checkout, and then you'll see the promo applied in the following pages. Promotion codes are only redeemable at checkout and can't be applied after an order is placed. Also, some promotion codes can't be combined. Ahh, we hate when this happens! If an item you swear by is now discontinued or out of stock please call our Hair Experts at 1-877-340-8731 or go to our Contact Us page, select ‘General Inquiries’ and describe the product you're looking to purchase. We'll do our best to help!


To see your order history, sign in to My Account and select Order History from the left hand selection bar. If you checked out as a Guest you won't be able to review your order history.


Orders submitted on our website process and ship very quickly, but once the process has started, we can't make any changes to the order or cancel it. We're sorry if that causes you any inconvenience! After processing, you should expect your order to be delivered by UPS in approximately 7-10 business days, unless you requested an expedited method of shipping.

To receive a full refund to your original form of payment, please review our Returns.

Your order, or part of your order, may have been canceled by our system for a number of reasons:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Order exceeded maximum purchase limit.
  • Cannot ship to address provided, freight forwarders, or address outside of the United States.
  • Difficulty in processing payment information - entered in a billing address or zip code that is not associated with credit card.
  • You haven't responded to emails sent having to do with the following: declined credit card; incorrect billing information; verification of billing/shipping address for priority ship order.

If your order is canceled, we'll let you know by email, and you won't be billed for any canceled items. If you're interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please call our Hair Experts at 1-877-340-8731 or go to our Contact Us, select ‘Online Orders’ and provide your Order Confirmation # and reason for return.
