SHIPPING METHODS AND RATES
Ground and Expedited Methods do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. Orders are also subject to delays in line with UPS restrictions, please find more information here .
APO/FPO and PO Box orders will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail, please allow 6 to 8 business days for delivery. Due to USPS shipping regulations, certain restricted products cannot ship to these locations, please see Shipping Regulation Products below.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the US Virgin Islands will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail (no PO Box/APO/FPO addresses), plus an additional surcharge will be applied; please allow 6 to 8 business days for delivery.
We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time (with the exception of APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. territories).

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Upon checkout, you will receive an order acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order. Within 24 hours you will receive an order confirmation with a copy of your order.
Typically orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses can take 8-12 business days. Orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed the following business day. For expedited shipping, please allow 1 business day for processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email to confirm shipment of your order. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.
