Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for any color BUT blonde! I've been dying my hair for years and this shampoo really keeps the color from fading. It extends my hair color by weeks and keeps the salon shine to it. I use both the shampoo and conditioner, they are worth the investment. I will say though for whatever reason this color just doesn't work well with blonde. It didn't make my color fade when I was blonde but it didn't do as much as it does for my hair when it is the auburn I normally dye it as. I really love this shampoo, I always come back to it but I if you're a blonde I would recommend you try something else because while it won't ruin your color it won't make it extra great either.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Color Shampoo WITH sulfate (it actually cleans!!!) I colored my hair and used this shampoo for 6 months before re-coloring my hair. My hair didn't fade one bit. Granted I take great care to blow dry hair on the 'warm' instead of 'hot' setting and only wash every other day. But I love this shampoo for color-treated hair. Most color-treated hair shampoos weigh my hair down because they're sulfate-free. i.e., - they don't actually clean hair LOL So I'll reach for a regular drug-store sulfate shampoo, and my hair fades! This shampoo though doesn't fade hair. Like most people with color-treated hair, my ends are kinda fried from being dyed 100 times while the top of my hair's healthy. The sulfate-free shampoos simply emphasize this issue by weighing the top of the hair down.
