On June 14th, 160 top media influencers, journalists, and professional hairdressers all dressed to the nines arrived at the penthouse of the Chateau Marmont Hotel in Los Angeles, CA for the first-ever Kérastase Club event. Kérastase, known for their luxury hair care products, co-hosted the event with their current muse and brand ambassador, Emily Ratajkowski. The actress and model, who was named as the face of Kérastase in January of this year, sported her signature soft waves created by stylist Jennifer Yepez prior to the event.
"We wanted Emily to be her. She is always that cool, sexy girl with undone waves. For the #KerastaseClub event, Emily’s hair was just her, but a bit more pumped up," Yepez says.
The inspiration behind the occasion? To re-captivate both salon professionals and consumers, underscoring the brand’s professional background, luxury positioning, and most importantly, creating significant buzz and excitement for Kérastase among an influential audience and its followers.
If you’re starting to imagine what being a part of the Kérastase club is actually like, the brand turned that dream into a reality. Looking to show attendees the true “World Of Kérastase” experience, the brand was brought to life through engaging social media activations and stunning visual effects. Guests at the event were treated to a gold Elixer Ultime infinity room, a vintage “Parisian chic” hair salon, and an interactive wall of customizable gift bags where they received a consultation and take-home hair care products best suited for their hair type.
Other notable guests included social media influencers Claudia Salinas and Sazan Hendrix as well as actress Cara Santana.
