Rated 1 out of 5 by from hair feels awful I bought this about two months ago to help with damaged hair. it leaves my hair rough and frizzy, not at all what I want. I kept hoping it would improve with time, but my hair seems worse. It smells bad too. after writing this review I am going to trash the rest. Not worth the hair mess.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Loyal pureology customer disappointed This is the second product substitution that I've used and the Smell is horrible. It smells like cholesterol, mixed with perm, for African American women, along with baby powder. Just disgusting. The Essential Care was alot better smelling product which this one replaced. I can't use it because the smell is so offensive and lingers. It also doesn't work well .The conditioner does nothing for the ends of my hair just gross drying feeling. What Are you doing Pureology? Bring back perfect for a,and essential care. I've tried clean volume,as an everyday cleaning shampoo,It was gross, and so is this one. I will not waste my money on trying the purple strength cure after using both of these!! Very disappointed! The only thing you will get out of me is your color fanatic leave in 21 benefits!! Please don't discontinue it too!! You've overhauled your whole line with products that don't live up to what we loyal customers have used for 14 years. I have to find a new line now. These products are not worth the price tag. L'Oréal is making a huge mistake,as they own redken too and discontinued blonde idol which was my second favourite I'm a natural honey blonde, with platinum hilights. My hair is normal not fine or too thick. I'm so disappointed
